Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026. These terms govern use of FiveMBay (https://fivembay.com), a FiveM marketplace for scripts, maps, MLOs, vehicles and related assets.

1. Two ways to sell

Tebex listings redirect buyers to the creator's Tebex store (including Cfx Asset Escrow). FiveMBay does not take a cut of those checkout amounts; creators may pay for visibility (plans, boosts, CPC).

Direct listings are open / source-available files sold and delivered on FiveMBay. We process payment, take a platform commission (shown at listing/plan time), and grant the buyer a limited download. Direct listings are not Cfx escrow and must not claim official Asset Escrow encryption.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information. Creators are responsible for legality, malware-free uploads, license accuracy and IP rights. We may reject, delist or suspend fraudulent, infringing or unsafe content.

3. Plans, boosts, ads and commissions

Paid subscriptions, boosts, interstitial placements, CPC credits and Direct sale commissions follow the pricing shown at purchase time. Rank weight and ad eligibility may change as we improve quality signals.

4. Downloads and refunds (Direct)

Direct purchases include a limited number of downloads. After a successful download, digital goods are generally non-refundable except where required by law or if the file is undeliverable due to our error.

5. Click tracking

Outbound Tebex clicks may be logged for analytics and CPC billing. Sponsored clicks may consume creator CPC balance.
